SOLD - Minoc Gate Vendor House - 1 Screen away

This is hopefully a fast sell.
I have this just placed small one screen due south of minoc gate. I am hoping someone may like to consider this as a viable vendor spot. Apart from that it is nicely located between Vesper and Minoc, North of Vesper Gy and abounding with easy spawns for the beginner and lumberjacking opportunities.
SB is deed plus 5k and if I can get a offer today while I am on then I will sell.

Matt, I am sorry, try checking SteelReserve's thread, I retracted my bid and its right next door.
This will be the second location for Goodfaith Respite and Supply. Look for it to open soon.
