Keep (On Grass) (Water On Each Side)

Okay, I will not sell if I feel the price/offer is to low.
Keep will come with runes for all courtyards in the runebook on the center of the floor in the home.
Also good sized front yard. Water on each side little to no spawn of monsters, some animals but nothing outrageous.
Min Bid Is DEED + PATIO.

sick location and awesome perfect tree in the right courtyard. it took me a minute to place it but well worth it. this should sell for a good chunk smithy

didnt this keep usta have red boxs blocking the cyard?

No, technically you could login use the runes in the home to the CY's and place the boxes but no, it does not have them now.
When the keep went down it didn't have them then either.
Setting a buyout of Deed + Deed for this keep.
