UO Second Age

I don't really have the time to maintain vendors anymore, and rather than simply dumping my houses -- I was hoping to find some folks out there interested in placing their own. I have two houses available for this, and both are in excellent locations.



House #1: Vesper Mini Mall

On the Vesper strip, this is the second house on the right. Features a rudimentary rune library in a convenient location. If you include the visits I had before I re-deeded, this spot has had nearly 50k visits.

House #2: Britain Mini Mall

Located on the right side, directly adjacent to the Britain moongate. Has had roughly 5k visits. A great spot obviously, but I mainly focused on the Vesper shop.

I would like to place my GM Smith vendor at the Vesper Mini Mall location. I have a few vendors of my own, which can be found in the "Player Run Vendor" thread.

I keep my Vendors fully stocked, and I sell my product at a reasonable price. I do ask that If you were to allow me to place a vendor in your house, that you not allow another GM Smith to place one as well. I have already experienced this, and it has led to the other vendor under selling my product. I don't think this is good for the UO economy, it creates a Monopoly on the market.

Now, If you choose to do this, I would only ask that there be an understanding between the two Smith's in the house that the product be sold at a similar price.

Smithy competition for business is extremely high at the moment, and prices on everything are being slashed. I have set my prices, which can be found in the thread above, but I'm always willing keep the supply for the demand at hand.

Other than carpenter, I have gm every crafter, been looking for a popular spot to sell my wares (no one can beat my prices).

Malice has a weapons vendor, but you could definitely place an armor vendor. I agree that in-shop competition is stupid, so if you do stock some please match his prices.

Both spots will need a keg vendor.

I have several thousand of every colored ingot in stock except verite and valorite. I will also have to mine for some iron ingots, but i do have some armor suits already crafted in storage. I will be watching the Superbowl tonight, but will work on getting ready to move a vendor into your house. Let me know when we can meet, I'll be on IRC for the next couple hours if you'd like to contact me there.
