WTB: Stairs to Keep roof

I have all of the necessary materials (I think) to do this. I would like stairs built to at least the NE turret and from there to center roof, but willing to pay more for access to all of the turrets and the roof.

small deed will get you any possible construction across the entirety of the roof,
assuming you have materials

TI_Smithy built stairs to the NE turret and from there to the center roof my keep. I paid TI_Smith 20K for this. Will definitely do business again.
