Small Brick placed in a beautiful location that's surrounded by ocean. You can see on the UOAM picture that your pretty secluded, with a Tower and L shape approx 2 to 3 screens away being the closest neighbours. Ideal if you want to just relax with a spot of fishing!
Spawn seems pretty low, with mainly Timber Wolves wandering around.
Plenty of space if you wish to place a couple of boats for extra storage.
