I dont think he is saying there is a package including a CBD, i think he is just mentioning what he has invested in this and justifying his starting bid. Which honostly, CBDs have jumped in price so really, for the price of a CBD your getting a free bandana. This is more like a castle deed worth of resources. Good price, free bump.

Also, for full disclosure, I purchased this item from a reputable player with the understanding that it is totally unused. I've worn it on my bank character for a week or two, and have never been hit or killed by anything.
