Lofts & Stair service for small to large homes!
Prices are dependent on complexity and time. I am only one man so contract pricing will be negotiated before hand and work will be optimized to who is paying the most and complexity of the project. 50% of gold must be provided when work begins and the other 50% on completion. PM me to get negotiations started!
Need more space for your hordes of loot inside that small or medium sized house? Look no further!
This design maxes lock-downs in a small home but creates a secure storage area and plenty of space for vendors or fun. The loft area can be decreased but realize that your goods may poke out of the roof in low lying areas.
Are you afraid to unlock your door because of a pesky troop of baddies outside or perhaps they are blocking your recall spot? Depending on your requirements the loft can even be raised in the center, giving you a better vantage point to target your spells and arrows! There is a slight buffer around the house, 4 tiles, in which spells cannot be cast, excluding area of effect spells.
Add-ons such as this Christmas tree can be placed on the bungalow.
