The only legit way to introduce item bless deeds is via CUB, and that already happened. Furthermore, CUB already happened on UOSA, so I guess staff could add in Item bless deeds to the CUB reward list, but that won't do you much good now.
Any other suggestion is NEA

kaivan already said that furniture dyes are on there list like 100 times.
so iam pretty sure staff will add them somewhen. the question is when.

If you blessed an item such as a container...would all items inside it remain?
