Name a reasonable price. Would be nice if it wasnt on an island (would like to be able to run to it in the worst case scenarios.)


EDIT !! SUPER SMOOTH, TOTAL TRANSACTION WAS OVER 300k NO ISSUES

I have one in rat valley if you're interested. A tower should fit there as well.
