Offering my services. I've got an old account and recently came back.

If anyone needs a moderator for a trade. Whether a Housing trade or large bulk orders let me know.

I will take both items (or control of the house/tower/keep) and upon receiving both. I will then transfer to the appropriate persons.

If one party backs out I can then retrade/recontrol the house to the original owner.

I don't want a set fee just whatever is right for the situation and I swear (or derrick can just delete my account) that if you give me 3 keep deeds, it will all go to where it should.
