Player run taverns

In 1999 on Europa a big group of orcs bought a large brick house and decorated it up like a tavern for their RP town. Some of the GM's liked it so much that they ended up making it a tavern (IE: a place anyone could log) and even built some goulish stuff around it (pikes, bonfires, bloody stuff). They even had NPC waitresses that sold liquor/cider/foods
That "town" became a hub for warring guilds to go and fight the orcs, it was epic. No bank, no shops, just a tavern and the orcs houses.
Not only would something like this reward those who play orcs (let's be honest the builds suck and it's a win by numbers game), but also it would encourage more PLAYING on this shard.
From what I can tell 90% of this shard is trading. Not alot of hunting parties out there, in fact i've seen more reds killing hunters than I have hunters.
Anyways, food for thought. Not only was it cool of OSI gm's to do, but it was even "era accurate" for those who would say this wouldn't meet the t2a shard ruleset.
