so your telling me all the major shops around yew are liars? or am I not understanding something about dp weapons

DP weapons work fine .... if they're DP'd. You probably bought bogus weapons.

roger that! that's bogus. They arent expensive, so I like hearing this more than that they dont work.

DP'd weapons have a 25%(if the poisoner is gm poisoning) chance to poison for 12 hits. So on average you should get 3 successful poisons per deadly poisoned wep.

Most likely they were bogus, that or you're pretty unlucky

so 12 hits is the answer to that question... but only 25% to dp... and non dp hits count against the possible dp hits...

that doesn't sound era accurate at all.

When i used poison weapons i thought it ALWAYS poisoned on a hit, but only got x number of hits. Been too long, i just never remmeber having a problem poisoning every time

Well, it's really going to suck when you DO manage to stick someone and they just drink potion and cure through it! :O

i also remember casting cure on DP and it NOT curing 10 times in a row and dying. sometimes first try and sometimes not. Even on EV I had trouble curing.

This shard... every cure I have ever casted has cured me... So I am SOOO unlucky I can hit 30 times with 3 dp weapons and never poison and SOO lucky I can cure dp with one cast everytime.

Whatever, not worth making a hoopla over, just seems wrong

I can say for a complete fact that DP is not always cured on first cast/drink of a potion...this is with GM magery curing and GM cure potions.

This was a patch somewhere in the last two years i believe...
If you get DPed and cure first time every single time then you got some sort of luck goin lol
