Hello,
I have a small house located at the rear of Fire Temple at Avatar Island. This house is primarily here for the farming of this location. From this house I can attack any mobs that venture up to the wall with physical safety, spells do hit still. Once monster is dead I can teleport over wall and rinse repeat. It is a fairly safe way to make some money, just by blasting from your doorstep. Run up and down the outside wall, gather in your victims and have at it, all from the comforts of your front door. Heck drop a chair and rest abit if you feel the need.
Starting bid is Small deed plus Small deed.
