Im sorry, youre a nice guy and its not personal but Id prefer to keep my prices firm. I will admit the small deed price is not the bargain of a lifetime, but I am more interested in selling to someone who can use 50k+, which is not an amount you find every day for sale.
Thank you though and if I end up with an odd number I will sell them to you.
