Selling 3 small houses. Two are immediately adjacent to each other, the third is just a screen away. Low spawn area.

Perfect for someone who wants multiple houses for multiple characters, a guild, vendors, etc.

Located due west of the Brit/Yew/Skara Brae Crossroads, and due north of Skara Brae.

Starting at tower deed. Thanks for your bid!

Pardon my curiosity, however, what about these 3 smalls makes it worth approx 150k per, more than 3 times their deed value when i can find a small location, and many locations on the map where i can place 3 smalls right next to each other. Sounds like a smart buyer would just go place the properties themselves, but is there something im missing here? Can these houses be swapped for a large house in the future or sometimes? I am lost why it would be a smart buy to pay that crazy amount for 3 smalls. Thanks in advanced for your response.

Clearly I'm asking a premium. That's because the houses are so close together. It's not that easy to find three houses within a screen of each other. Some people (like me) like a set of houses close together so it's easier to refresh them, all your items can be stored in the same proximity without having to recall to different locations, etc. Maybe a guild wants to have several houses close together. Etc.

Anyway, your question is fair since I've received no bids! The market has spoken, so I'll just hold on to these smalls, or maybe sell them separately.

Can a L-Shaped fit there?

*edit* doesn't nearly look like it at all, disregard.

You have a valid point, however smalls dont bring in that much unfortunately, ive been trying to sell the palm grove small forever now, and i cant even give it away for deed price. Also thing with small houses, since the server some say hsa taken a dive, even though i see more and more new people camping wbb every day it seems, or everyone has made a thief, havnt figured it out yet even tho my runes keep disappearing, but back to what i was saying is with smalls. I could probably go find a handful of areas in the world where i could place 2, 3 and possibly 4 smalls within a screen or even on the same screen. But, if i were you, i would look around and see if someone has a bunch of property in the area, or right by your smalls and see if you can haggle them into buying them, making anything more than 10k over deed price per small is usually pretty good profit, smalls just are a pain to sell, plain and simple, only time ive made good money on a small was when i was blocking the placement of a larger house/stone structure. Good Luck, hope i didnt ruin your hopes and dreams to make a big buck off some smalls.

And i will go by and see if the property can fit a larger building and i might be interested in buying the 2 smalls because i have a friend that wants to play and im all about helping bring new players to the economy, gotta feed the pks and theifs new meat every once in awhile to keep them happy : P.

Edit: I went by, a larger house will not fit, there is a tree in front of the smalls preventing it and also the small behind it is too close, needs atleast 5 spaces from their steps to back of home. Sorry. Now i was thinkin, if that tower was included in the deal, assuming you may own it, then you may be able to get a premium of the sorts for a new guild looking to get a little land and possibly buy up houses in the immediate area over time.

Yeah I do own that tower but I'm not willing to part with it. The location is good and the place is fully decorated. I am nesting.

Don't need the cash so I'm in no hurry to sell. But maybe I can sell to a neighbor as you suggest, good idea.
