UO Second Age

I'm new to this shard (not to uo though) and I was wondering if it is possible to delete a skill (entirely) so I can train it again to raise stats (like herding or musicianship). I'm not talking about pressing the button that lowers it when I'm close to my skillcap because that would take ages.
I'm asking this because there was a special option for this on the old shard I used to play on.

You could lock all of the other skills you're keeping and set that one to down. Then just buy up other skills until your down skill is at 0. That would be a pretty quick way of dropping it to 0 and wouldn't cost you that much.

Yes I think I'll be doing that but first I'll have to make some gold =p UO is always hard at the start ^^
