Two Moonglow smalls for sale!!!!

I have two small houses that are near each other for sale. Both are in a nice location for any new player or new guild starting out.
I would like to sell both as a pair but I am willing not to.
Auction will start at 2 small deeds per house.
Buyout will be 4 small deeds per house.
Or best offer if auction drags to long.

As a Moonglow resident, i am interessed in the small, near the Waterfront.
BUt, as you well know, Moonglow is not the moneymaking capital of Britannia.
I can only offer a small deed, is this acceptable?
