Tower, Close to compassion, Urk Town, Guard tower, Mining...

Selling my tower in a great spot, It has everything nearby you could ask for!
I want to sell with the full rune libery I have, It includes Dungeons, Towns, Rares, T-maps, Ore Books, cotton/wool, islands etc etc
As you can see it has also has a half done fish tank and Xmas tree + few semi rares spread about.
2nd floor has the add-ons and craft room. The ore rune books also reside here. random stuff in room but nothing of worth. (few 1000's lockpicks, ingots, cloth, boards etc)
On the roof I made a balcony, Easy way to fight people from inside, chilling out or what ever.

Not really after a auction, more a buy out.
Buyout is keep+l-shape but leave offers here or via pm. If I don't get a offer I like I will just keep it.
EDIT had a few people ask to buy without the rune libery, what i would prefer not to do. but if you want without runebooks = keep deed.If it doesn't go with house I'll keep it for future use.
