SELL - L Shape ( Right Outside Yew Crypts )

Well on offer today is a freshly placed L Shape House.
It is placed approximately 5-6 screens east of the Yew Moongate so it is a fairly short jaunt to visit the local vendors that gather thereabouts.
Monsters spawns around are relatively low, though if venturing into the crypts you will undoubtedly meet many denizens of the undead down there.
Starting Bids will be L Shape Deed plus 2 small deeds, Buy out will be L Shape Deed plus L Shape Deed.
