Properties in the Fens

I am not sure who among you already have houses, but those we are looking might consider buy in the Fens of Dead swamp. The spawn there is a bit high, but it is mostly weaker stuff, and the properties when for sale are usually pretty reasonable. Also, any place that you buy there would be close to the guild castle.
