Vendor house close to yew, brit or glow.

as title says I'm after a vendor house. must be in only certain areas....
within 3 screens of yew gate,
or within 2 screens of a guard zone if in glow,
brit must either be within 2 screens gate area or on path to town. no east brit houses please. would consider brit GY houses.
If it's not within a high traffic area don't bother to offer really...
What will I pay? what ever I need to if it good enough. I'm not massively active atm but pm me and i'll get a email if no reply's here.
