this house a really good spot for vendoring.it is near the road of trinsic and calls visitors there.you will see that house only far away from guard zone with a few steps.it has forest poor spawn around(u can see an orc or an ettin in a day maybe).
starting bid : deed+ 20k
buy out bid : large brick deed
auction will end after 24hours from last bid.

something had been wrong at this auction.goldmember said his bid was just '30k' and thats all!!
he think he is clever i quess bidding 30k while there was a starting bid(deed + 20k).thats cannot acceptable it seeks my auction bad and waiting for him 2days..
