UO Second Age

Some of you have expressed interest in planning events and/or have ideas for events. I am hoping to have our first event on Sunday February 10th, and would like to bounce some ideas off you guys.

I am down to help out with the jousting event. Just let me know what I can do

So far there hasn't been any interested in the main forums, or PMs for people to participate. I think the danger of griefers (which I honestly hadn't considered) is keeping folks away. We might have to find a different kind of event to host.

if you guys are the hosts of that jousting event asking small deed to participate your problem of no interest is the participation price. a small deed is ridiculous price.

We could knock the Buy in to 5k for the first event, then, as it gains popularity, we can increase Buy Ins.
I also wanna suggest cock fights. Those always seem to be good fun

We're definitely going to come up with something else. The joust thing didn't happen. There was no interest in it from outside the guild. I don't know if it was the buy-in as was suggested above, or if it was the fear of disruption by griefers.
