I just bought an empty spell book of a vendor that said full spellbook... I was just wondering if there were any trustworthy vendors out there?

There are but there are also plenty scammers like that selling empty spellbooks saying its full is populair. do not go to the one right next to brit moongate anyway! If you buy a spellbook take an ID wand or and gm Item Identification character and id the book before buying. if yer IDing comes up saying it has 64 spells its a full one. And I would personally check right around Yew bank those vendors are most all of them honest.

Trinny Stone Vendors (above) served me well last time.
Still, always ID, even from Reputable folk like Orion, just good practice

Awesome thanks for the purchase!
There are many honest vendors on the shard, just have to look around or as you did and ask.
A few come to mind like:
Palledia's Skara Bank Shop
Calipso/orevamp near Yew gate
The C^V bunch in Vesper
Grey Snow's north of The Bloody Plains

The Bloody Plains is the road between Covetous and Compassion. At the guard post just before Compassion
turn and go due north. Snow's is a tower with the Lost Bay in the backyard.

I got scammed as well from the Brit Gate Mart from purchasing an empty runebook. It's the vendors right above the Brit moongate. Don't buy from this unsavory fiend.
To whomever owns that vendor, I hope you get run over by a pack of llamas.

WarmApplePie has been on this server less than a year, and has always been reputable in my dealings with him. As far as I'm aware, that's not his house/scam. This vendor has been a scammer for as long as I as I've been around ('11)
