Sorry to seem newbish, but I am semi new to this server but have been raking in the gp farming liches for hours. When someone says deed+ 10k or deed+whatever.... what does the deed represent? Cost of deed or an actual deed?

Since we don't have checks on this server, and deeds are blessed, we use deeds for large cash transfers. It's easier to transfer, say, an L-shape deed as opposed to 194,200 gold. As long as the deed is in the top level of your pack, it can't be stolen.
