If the figure is sufficient enough I would be happy to spend time recalling around, marking runes... but a 'full' library would take a lot of time. PM me with a figure if you know what you are willing to spend....

In answer to Mort's question... Full meaning all of the runes that are in the recognized rune libraries that exist (Roadkill's, K^A rune library, etc...)

In all honesty, if I had GM Inscription I'd make the rune books and do it myself. Alas, that wasn't one of the crafter skills I chose when making my mule character, so I must rely on others. It is a boring/mundane task though and whoever does it deserves to get paid. As to how much... I have no idea what it is really worth.

Contact Star Hunter he may do it and he can give you a price. I have used him before and he very reliable and reasonably priced.

what do you want in the library.. cuz theres lots of different libraries, containing most of the same books, and then theres lots of other books..
