Looking for L Shape or Large Brick. No jungle/swamp/ice

Hi I am looking to buy my first own property 
I have saved up a fair bit and have some more auctions up right now.
I am looking for a tower but i can't afford that on short term quite yet... So if anyone has an L Shape or Large Brick willing to sell please let me know where. I am quite picky on location... No jungle/ice/swamp and prefered a good bit of forest at my house.
Please let me know and maybe a price you have in mind and if i like it we can negotiate.
