Want to buy tower for new fledgling guild

Would like to buy a tower to start a guild for new players that I've convinced to give the game a try, will start at guild deed+small but absolutely welcome to negotiate.
Once again, I don't just want this tower for my own personal use but rather for helping out new players in this guild I've started, so any sale would be like charity more than anything!
