The first person to PM me the coordinates and general location of any shep farm without a permit will receive a one-time payment of 5000 gold along with the entirety of any permit fees collected.

How do we know if they have a permit or not?
Do you have a list or do they have to display something?

A house with a permit will display a number on their sign.

Now peopel with no permit are gonne put some numbers in their house sign:P how will we know if they ar elegit or not is the next question

Freakonomics: the underworld is managed extremely well. No doubt chumbucket & associates keep pristine records of not only permit numbers, but precise coordinates and house models. I doubt if a faked permit number will save your sheep farm (though it will probably get your house looted).

Do these have to be housed sheep. What about an unauthorized free range farm? I only ask because I see those more often.

Those are always illegal as free range sheep should never be humiliated in such a way

Was lucky enough to find a free range organic shep farm the other day and dispose of them.
