I just noticed that the users on this forum that I add to my friend list, I'm not able to rep them. I have to remove them from the friends list in order to be able to thumbs up/down them.

Really...? Is this intended?

I have the same thing, I think this is done on purpose to keep friends from upvoting each other all the time. Yes it is very easy to unfriend someone and then start upvoting, don't shoot the messanger

Just make a few alt forum accounts like half the people that farm rep here. Don't see the point in restricting it to non-'friends' (and non-'foes' for that matter) when there are no rules against having multiple forum accounts.

Or just not care and accept that it is what it is.

I mean, I'm not trying to farm rep anything, just was trying to make things easier to use. Oh well

just get 3 or 4 friends who give a damn about rep and upvote each other several times a day. you'll look stupid in no time.

Are these 'friends' available for hire in some town perhaps?

I have been roaming around Britannia all day looking for them and have found none thus far.
