I own the tower next to this small. I used to own this spot and the little prick who now owns this spot camped the location and placed this small house a few seconds after I demolished the house in order to replace it a tile further west. Koodos to him for the grab, but ......

1) He did me a favor, because while looking for a new site I was able to find a spot for an L-shape muahahaha and
2) I will constantly terrorize anyone who buys this house.
3) He's misrepresenting the property - there is a fair amount of spawn (spiders, ettins, orcs, mongbats, etc.)

As a buyer, you just have to ask yourself - do I want to buy a house next to this psycho bent on vengeance, or do I want a more peaceful place.

If it were me, I'd buy somewhere else. Just saying.
