The house is 2 plots east of the entrance of Destard.
It takes 6 seconds to get into destard from the front door.
This house is money. I'm not even sure I want to sell it.

For the right amount I might be persuaded to part with it.
Keep in mind. Any seriously Provoker can EASILY make 150k in a day from this house.
