Creating 3rd acct

I'm having trouble creating my third account. This is all I see when I try (I've tried several different usernames and passwords.) My first 2 accounts work perfectly, and I've tried creating the 3rd with all other clients closed.
If anyone can help me out, I'd appreciate it.

Do not fret, as it seems that you are not the only one who has encountered this problem:

As suggested, either try making another account with a different name or contact the in-game staff/Derrick to resolve this issue.
I hope you find a speedy solution!

Thanks Buddah, I did finally get to the bottom of it yesterday. I guess I made an account last July but never created a toon and forgot about the account. So yeah, I'm an idiot, problem solved. Thanks again.
