Tower + Patio combo, will fit 2 towers. *Sold

Looking to sell my tower/patio combo. They are located next to each other, on grass, with water just a few tiles behind. Very few neighbors, and spawn is relatively low. About a 5 second walk to Minoc, and a little bit further to Vesper. A tower will fit in the patio's spot. You could also move the patio to the left or right and fit a small house on either side. Starting bid @ deed price, no buy out in mind and I will end this when I feel I have an acceptable offer. Willing to use a broker.

Dear Connection,
I own the small placed directly to the right of the patio. If you would like it I won't gouge you on it, just looking to make a quick easy buck, and if you do want to place a tower in the future you'll need this small.
The only reason I had not placed the small prior is because I owed Sauron one for selling me a house (he did not know a small would fit here so he was not being dishonest in his OP)
