Perfect little spot, There is no dangerous spawn, Mountains and river very close. No foot traffic. Perfect spot for crafters / foragers / macroing. Safe from PK's and monsters alike. If you re-deed and move the house south a bit there is room in this spot for two smalls.
In between trinsic, brit, and skara brae, also not too far from destard.
