UO Second Age

I read an old post here which said "30 days", but that this may change soon. Is the 30 days still correct? And the house won't start to decay untill the 31'st day? Or will it be idoc on the 31'st day?

I'm never gone from UO for even an whole week, but just in the case one suddenly became rich and forgot how many houses they placed, it would be good to know this information.

It's currently 30 days from refresh to decay.
On day 31, the house would be gone.
We will likely be making this change to accurate decay times sometime this week.

Will there or can there be any sort of count down on the sign for owners?
