Selling tower on grassland
Starting bid Tower deed+small.
I reserve the right to cancel the auction if I don't feel like the price is right.
Auction closes once it starts dying down.

I would like to place a bid of Deed + 2 smalls + 20k. However, I want to run out and look at the area and reserve the right to withdraw this bid within 2 hours of the time of this post.
I do not expect to withdraw it, but I do like to check places out first and won't be able to for about an hour.

lol sorry to infringe, I buy the tower, they all go inactive, that's the way uo goes. I'd show the other one off but I'm plain old not in the position to sell that one lol.
I was going to take my own photo and welp. didn't hold a candle to yours.

Just when I thought the week was gonna end on a terrible note, Howl comes through and lets me buyout this property. While he surely could have held out a few days and got more, he instead decided to help get me into a Tower like I have been wanting for a while.
He made such an impression that I handed him ALL the deeds (not just the tower) before he transferred (after making him change the sign to verify ownership). Very smooth trade. This guy gets high Kudos from me.
