The Captain is allowing parlay to the landlubber named OLawdyDeyShotMeh. The terms of our negotiation is that The Core will help you attain 7x skills on your char. You may stay in your stinking landlubbing guild, or if ye find yerself the itch to sail the high seas, ye can join the crew! Contact the Captain via PM and we can start on your skill training ASAP!
Parlay: "Part of the set of pirate laws. Parlay entitles its invoker with free passage to negotiate with a ship’s captain until the negotiations are complete."
Let it be known, once your skills are complete and if you choose to stay a landlubber, you and your guild will be hunted down like dogs!

OLawdyDeyShotMeh has agreed upon the deal! We will being his training ASAP!
The Core crew is not ocean specific, we will boat kill, stealth kill, house kill, dungeon pk, LoS, guard Red Skull Bay, steal, etc. So don't be caught off guard!

...But please visit our vendor, should be up and running in a week or so - free deathrobe after every purchase.

The vendors will be in the Tavern which will be a no fight/no kill zone so nothing to worry about. The dueling dock vendor, well that might be a different story.....

If you follow their guild thread you will find stories which high light their murdering and plundering. In one of these stories they murdered this olawdy person but have him honorable mentions as they were clearly amused by his name. When pirates see something they like they take it.
In short this person received a personal invitation to join the ranks of PEE and accepted.
Moral of the story? DON'T DO DRUGS!
