Will sell my small for 1/2 tower deed, 216,600gp, to Vega. If he cannot place a tower on the plot I will re-purchase the small, at the same location, for 216,600gp.

Agreeing to this. However, I can't buy it until tomorrow due to no open chars. My partner will receive the house upon purchase.

All went smooth. No tower fit, he refunded, then we struck another side-deal.
