The SS's show the deal. A patio or L can fit as the main spot, and 3 smalls fit around it. This is a mini-village, a patio, an L, one of those options with 1 small, 2, or 3. There are a lot of options here. The entire real estate entity will be sold as such, meaning you can't only buy one of these houses. You can buy the L or the patio and tell us to drop the smalls, but that's a 10k premium per small. This lot is great for a guild. The auction will end in 7 days.

We will place the patio if that's what you desire, and or subtract the L to patio difference from the sale price.
