This is a great spot on the water near Skara Brae. Cotton field to south, low level spawn (ettin, orc, troll), perfect for new player.

First person to respond to this thread gets it. You must be relatively new.

Thank you so much for the offer WiseOne. I'm looking to buy though. I accidentally bought a deed for a small house today. I didn't know the npc would take the money out from my bank :< I guess I should of read up on the Housing stuff first. I spent most of today looking for land but I guess they're all taken.

There are still quite a few spots for small houses in the quieter areas, but the NPC Architect will buy your deed back for the same price as you paid if you don't want it - Just enter a carpenter's shop and one of the NPCs will mention buying your deed.

If you want your gold back you can drop the deed onto the real estate broker found in every carpenters shop across Britania.

Dropping the deed on the real estate agent will result in the value of the deed being deposited back into your bank box in the form of gold coins.

Also, you can always buy a house from another player by offering the deed + more gold.

Sorry starokada it sold, but I can help you place a small somewhere if you like. There are plenty of spots if you look hard enough.

You can also do what these guys said and get your gold back by dropping the deed on an npc architect.

Thank you all I couldn't sell it back right away when I got it and have decided to keep it. I am a bit excited getting my own house. I guess I will continue to look for a spot in the morning. I am looking for a nice quiet spot, preferably with low monster spawn. If you know of any spots please let me know.

I used to own a house on this spot.. I know for sure 2 fit side by side..
