UO Second Age

This house has been used by Nystal and me for a good while now as a vendor shop named Yealena's Trading Post. we have however just aquired a shop quite close to yew bank therfore we are moving our business there.

10 steps from guardzone, 10 seconds at the most from the vesper bank.
Lots of forest to lumber and plenty of water to fish around.
right outside of a lovely town.
Low/normal forest spawn.
Vesper strip has been becoming more active lately thus good for sales if ye make it a vendorhouse like we did.

2x Deed takes this house right away. Ofcourse i have already cleared it out so you can take it over whenever ye come to me with the 2 deed.

Evening Bump

This was a great Vendor spot for both of us, a lot of traffic and seconds from the Guardzone. Having the provisioners and tailors only one screen away was great too.
Easy money to be made here for whoever buys it.
