I am looking to downsize and am contemplating selling some houses off. I payed 5 mil for this about a year ago. Blackfoot owned it and passed it on to Roadkill who sold it to me. This is a once in a great while type of house that comes on the market every blue moon. You have 0% other reg/keg/bandaid vendor's in this location to compete with you. The starting bid on this is 5 castle deeds. Enjoy bidding and it makes me sorta sad to sell this so if there are any real buyers looking to become rich from running vendors bid quick before i decide to keep it FOREVER! Also you can BANK FROM INSIDE as displayed in the picture.
The house will be empty when sold all iteams will go back to there owners

This is just a question, and I am sorry if this is going to hijack your thread, I dont mean any harm, but, is Occlo really that populated in the matter that, THAT many people would go through that vendor house? I mean, I can understand Yew, but, I never see anyone at Occlo. Just being able to bank from your house is worth a few castle deeds alone, in my opinion, but again, just curious.

I sold my Yew small for ten mill at the bank .. obviously being a high activity .. but being next to a bank in its self deserves what hes asking for, if he can bank from inside

If ypu advertised it I am sure people would use it less theives and greif here

This is true. And I got a offer from a guy who does not have 5 mil on hand yet but is getting the funds together. So I will consider him to be the highest bidder of 5 castle deeds

Only asking 5 mil... Occlo is not busy, but it is a lot safer. It is well worth the price IMO.
