UO Second Age

I have followed the guidelines for GMing Hiding and Stealth, but my Hiding skill can't seem to raise above 91 and my Stealth eventually even passed it. How do I get Hiding to start gaining again?

Did you reach your skill cap (700) ?

Raising hiding skill shouldn't take any problem, a simple loop "Hide + Wait 10 seconds" will do the trick.

I am only at 385 for my skill points. Stealth went up to 98 and seems to be stalled there, while Hiding is stuck at 91.3

I am wearing AR13. Do I need to wear plate or something?

Add a little more AR. I was able to GM stealth in a full set of studded armor + nose helm
