I want to buy this house on Dagger Island,

I want to buy this house, sign states its for sale. I am not sure who owns it but I am willing to offer a nice sum for it.
If anyone has any information it would be appreciated.

I am Detinher. Unfortunately, I do not own that particular house I was at work when the last small fell there. I do own a few around that area but not that one.
