This house is constantly seeing traffic, as it is right off the road, so vendors would be a great idea. I bought it thinking I could easily place a tower, since there two free lines of tiles next to this patio and the tower only needed 1 line. I think the small next door might be the issue, but I was told just clicking certain pixels and not the right one (ones) is the issue. Regardless, this is a great looking patio in a sick spot.
If you swing by to take a look, you'll notice I'm looking for Dan (the neighbor)
