Yes, unless you wear long pants or some other clothing with higher AR ontop of them.

Well .. they CAN break, but in practice, blessed sandals never do because of their layer.

GF is much more important with something like a blessed hat or deer mask, which will break super fast (you need GF'd) because it is a top level item.

I've had my first pair for two years basically, and on a PvP char the entire time (reg blessed pair).

With pants/short pants they literally will NEVER break.

It's really not a huge concern for sandals in my opinion. These sandals are probably brand new.

RE: Wearing pants.. I have tested in game how long it takes to break a brand new pair of sandals from the store. With 30 sheep and on a naked character it takes 4-6 minutes. Wearing pants and re-equipping new pants when they broke, I was able to macro for an hour and a half without breaking one pair of sandals - I never broke them, I got bored and turned it off.
