Gaylord has been a fixture on the Vesper waterway for a very long time. Not sure how he ended up on the water but I've never seen him on land.

I feel bad for Gator, that's what we use to call him in college.
I'd save him but I don't want to ruin my new shiny armor... That and he hit on my sister too.

A way to save poor Gaylord would be to get guard whacked on land close to him. He will teleport to you in the pursuit of justice!
