Yew is a major happenin' place! This cottage is located not far from the
moongate. Also nearby are the many sheep pens and farms. The local land is safe and friendly, with little or no monster spawn nearby. An excellent place to gather wood, wool, and leather all in one place! The home also offers easy access to the Yew Bank, the township of Yew, and the much famed Yew Vendor Strip.
This Home will have a starting bid of: Sm Deed + 10K
All bid increments will be set at 5K.
IE: Bid #1: Sm Deed + 10K, Bid #2: Sm Deed + 15K, ect...
