Searching a Joint Venture for my Lottery

Hello,
I just started playing here and want to make some money so I am searching a Joint Venture for my website which offers an ingame lottery - I already had this PHP script running in EVE ONLINE and I hope it will get as popular as it was there.
The script will allow player to transfer ingame gold to the website and buy lottery tickets for any items we offer.
That is the point why I am searching a business partner:
* We need Items which we sell through the website
* We need a house & vendor where we can sell coupon codes for transfering ingame gold to website gold
